REQUIREMENTS

Dogs must be well-behaved, potty-trained, and disclosed prior to booking. All other pets, including cats, are not permitted.

FEES

There is a non-refundable pet fee of $100 per dog and a refundable pet deposit of $100 per dog, both of which must be paid prior to arrival.

DOG RULES

• Dog wipes/towels are located by each of the three external doors; please wash/wipe their paws as they enter the house to avoid tracking dirt or mud into the house and onto the furniture.

• Dog blankets are available by the sofa in the living room and in each of the three bedrooms; please use these on top of the sofa/bed linens before allowing your pup on the furniture.

• Please make sure to clean up after your dog inside and outside of the house.

• Dogs may not be left alone in the house.

 

OTHER NOTES

• Extra dog bowls and dog poop bags are available in the kitchen island cabinets.

• Dog shampoo is available in the closet by the washer/dryer, should you need it.

• A dog bed is available in the living room, with extra ones in the closet by the washer/dryer. You're welcome to move these around as you need.
